Competitor Email Data

Our service assigns unique inbound email addresses to competitors you monitor. All emails delivered to those addresses are stored and processed on your behalf. You own this data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and access times. This helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain Competitor Inbox
• Process payments and send billing notifications
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe – payment processing
• Mailgun – inbound email delivery infrastructure
• Infrastructure providers – cloud hosting (AWS/GCP) under strict data processing agreements
• Law enforcement – when required by law or court order

4. Data Retention

We retain email data for as long as your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export your data. Account information is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), remembering preferences, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
